  • Such issues must be reported within 7 days of receiving the books via email along with proper proof.
  • The decision regarding replacement shall be at the sole discretion of DIOS Academy.

  • Standard delivery time is 10–15 working days, excluding processing time of up to 2 working days.
  • Delivery timelines may be affected due to Sundays or national holidays.
